| The owners have a combined total of over 35 years experience in the painting industry. Although they have gained a wealth of knowledge from their experience, they have not become complacent. Both attend, along with key personnel, many classes and seminars each year to be sure to fully understand all the innovations that have become available to the painting industry. The painting division at Facelifts is comprised of two hands on owners, a general division supervisor, painting foremen & painting mechanics. Everyday the owners meet with the division supervisor, and then follow that with a meeting with the supervisor and all of the men. Assignments are given and questions are answered. Any potential problems are brought up before hand and headed off. The owners then go out to visit the job sites, with a conscious effort made, for each one to try and visit each site every day. Constant radio communication during the day and an end of the day meeting with the supervisor insures the owners have complete knowledge and a pulse for the daily operations. The division supervisor is the heart of the operation, keeping constant touch with the men, the owners, the office, and the customers. He orders material, and checks every job, everyday. We have created small teams consisting of one working foreman, and two to three painters. This team atmosphere produces consistency. Each team stays together and although they are experienced in all facets of the trade, specializes in one area or another. The owners & supervisor carefully schedule, so that the right crew is on a job where the can showcase their specialty. There is a healthy competitiveness between the teams with each trying hard to out do the other and in the process achieving the ultimate team goal of satisfied customers for Facelifts. |
